Exchange/Refunds:

What:

Any items purchased online may be exchanged or returned by mail. If you purchased items at an event or pop up shop purchased items can only be returned for store credit, we do not currently offer exchanges.

  • EXCLUSIONS:
    • Worn items.
    • Items without original tag and packaging.
    • Items without a receipt.
    • Outside the 18 day return period.
    • Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

Original shipping, handling or return fees are not refundable. Gift returns and purchases made with a gift card will be refunded in the form of a merchandise card.

Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns and exchanges. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund of credit.

When:

Within 18days (non-working days) of receipt provided all other conditions are met.

How:

Need a different size or refund and the items are unworn with your receipt and the original tags and packaging, simply pop it back to us at:

MIKIKI HQ, 12 Farmers Row, Fulbourn, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB21 5HL

Please include a note including your order number, your name and address and whether you would like an exchange or refund. When you would like an exchange, please state which size you’d like and we’ll do the rest… 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure the items are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We recommend you obtain proof of postage/tracking.

We will endeavour to process your exchange within 10 working days. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sales, this may take a little longer.

All goods will be inspected on return. Where items have been worn or you don’t have your receipt or have removed the original tags and packaging we are unable to accept the items for an exchange/ refund.

If you are returning items purchased at an event / pop up shop be sure to email us with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Delivery address
  • Photograph or scanned copy of your receipt –  the cashier will have provided the receipt at the MIKIKI pop up / event.

Then pop your purchased goods in the post to and subject to the terms above, we’ll send you your store credit for the full value of the item. (minus the delivery charge for sending this to you).
